This is Rexy, she is a young, but powerful Druid of the Moon Circle. Yes, she is a Tiefling! In her pursuit of knowledge of the arcane, she experimented with her shapeshifting abilities, trying to combine the speed and agility of a cat with the ability of flight of a bat. Unfortunately for her, the experiment failed, permanently changing the way she looks. She does not dwell on it though! She found her new form fascinating and - somehow - became more confident.
