You may redesign, rename, and develop the character as you wish. Outfits, accessories, and design elements can be used on other OCs you own. You may create art, stories, or use the adopt for personal or commercial projects (see commercial section). Commercial Rights Personal use is always allowed (art, roleplay, vtubing without monetization, etc.). For commercial use (merch, monetized content, resell, vtuber model, etc.), you must: Either purchase commercial rights upfront (price listed) Or pay an additional fee after adoption if you decide later. Reselling & Trading You may resell the adopt at the same price or lower, unless it includes extra commissioned art (then you may add that cost). Trading and gifting are allowed, but please credit me as the original designer. Do not resell for profit without added value (art, development, etc.). Artist Credit Always credit me (saphiestelle) as the original designer if the character is reposted, resold, or used publicly. For vtuber models, games, or media, visible credit is required where possible. Payment Payments are via PayPal. Payment must be made in full within 24–48 hours after claiming, unless a payment plan was agreed upon. No refunds once payment is received. Holds may be allowed General Rules Do not claim the original design/art as your own. Do not use the adopt without purchasing. Do not turn the adopt into NFT/AI content or use it in AI training. Failure to follow TOS may result in blacklisting from future sales.
