No physical product will be sent. ✦ Being digital goods, the transaction is definitive and non refundable. ✦ If the cutiemark was never used: you can gift/trade it or resell it for the same price you purchased it or lower. If the cutiemark was used: You cannot gift/trade/resell it alone anymore. The cutiemark can only change ownership if it's gifted/traded/resold alongside the character it was used on. The purchase price of the cutiemark can be then included in the character resell price.
