she is an old character for a group of gijinkas. She was inspired by bulbasaur and can function as a gijinka or as a pokemon trainer. After winning you will receive: the file without background of the character, a base color version and its color palette. You can get the design and change whatever you like. Do not resell. But giving as a gift is allowed. If go up to $50 usd i'll make you an extra art of her in some urban clothes (can be some outf you like of internet) in simple color.
