First off, I would like to mention: I want to keep this character as close to the original design as possible. I am open to making changes [read below], but I really do like him as he is, so if you want any major changes, PLEASE consult me before you bid...just in case! I am also WILLING TO MAKE CHANGES TO THE REFERENCE. It may or may not cost extra [again, see below], but you're not stuck with "what you see is what you get." ====== Pied bat character with a little vampire bat influence, just for the teeth! Upon winning this auction, you WILL: 1. Own the character, which entails posting rights, commissioning ANY art you want from ANY artist, a fursuit or other physical item at any time. 2. Be able to use the DESIGN for advertising and merchandise, changing the character yourself in any way, etc. 3. Be able to use MY ref art in personal prints, merch, etc, as long as you're not selling anything. I can even make you a TG sticker or give you a transparent version of the file! Upon winning this auction you WILL NOT: 1. Own the artwork itself [the ref or the extra picture*], so if you plan to re-sell him, please contact me first. I may either offer to buy him back OR want to make sure the new owner understands my ToS before the artwork changes hands. 2. Use the REFERENCE ART in any way that would gain profit for you alone. This includes merchandise, advertising, etc. If you'd like to use the reference art in any way that would make money for you, please ask me first. I am open to making changes to this character/reference, including: 1. Name [100% open to changing the name, this name is TEMPORARY unless you'd like it to remain.] 2. Smaller details [adding markings/changing color, possibly marking removal, adding piercings/accessories] 3. Changing gender or body type [this may cost an extra fee] 4. The commissioner of the original art gave me rough design parameters, but asked me to create a one-off character to partner with his own for that specific art. Afterward, I was given permission to sell my design as an adopt, and I was also told the winner can post the original picture [with credit to the owner of the other character] if desired.
