A large beast with a broken heart arrives at the Healing Garden of Love. He has lost the one for whom he would have torn throats. Our apprentice Cupid knows only one way to heal such a wound: to become the beast’s one-night ex-partner. The healing ritual begins in a field, surrounded by a majestic tree from which petals fall, intoxicating and soothing the lost soul. The apprentice retrieves fragments of memories of his partner, thereby allowing the image to enter his body, to move with a stranger’s caresses, to moan in a stranger’s voice. The visitor takes him fiercely and tenderly, reliving every moment of loss. In the end, the apprentice pulls from within himself a heart-shaped piece of glass, filled with memories, which the visitor must insert into the tree, so that he may forget the one for whom he suffers. The client leaves comforted, with a pure heart, in love once more.
