Commercial Use License. 3.1 When purchasing an Author* character under a commercial use license, the Buyer is granted the right to use the character for commercial purposes for profit, such as in games, novels, comics, VTubers, merchandise, etc. 3.2 Before purchasing a character under a commercial use license, the Buyer must inform the Author* in which commercial project the Author* character will be used. 3.3 When purchasing a character under a commercial use license, the following types of work are permitted: redesigns, additions, and adaptations. 3.4 When using an Author* character in works posted online, the Buyer is obligated to include the Author*'s name. 3.5. The Author* has the right to include information in their portfolio that the Author* character was used in the Buyer's commercial project. 3.6. To use a character for resale, sublicensing, or to transfer rights to use the character for commercial purposes to third parties, the Buyer must obtain permission from the Author*.
