Source CSP files are only included with commercial rights. Rights This sale includes personal rights to the character design only. You can post the character, make lore, redesign it, and commission personal art. Commercial rights are not included by default. This includes VTuber use, monetized content, games, comics, merch, branding, and any other for-profit use. I still retain rights to the original artwork unless stated otherwise in writing. If the design is resold, traded, or gifted, these same terms must go with it. Commercial Rights Commercial rights can be added for whatever amount brings the total price to $400 USD. Example: a $100 winning bid means commercial rights cost $300, and a $250 winning bid means they cost $150. If the final bid is $400 or higher, commercial rights are included automatically.
