"The Clerics of the Temple of the Cure are known for their masks, and can only leave the surroundings of the Temple wearing them. Their faith preaches helping and healing whoever is in need, without considering their face, race, or anything in particular. Just plain and simple doing good to whoever it is. During the time they roam the kingdoms, their body and mind aren't theirs anymore, they're at the service of those who need them. When back at the Temple, and when no one else besides the other Clerics of the Temple of the Cure is around, they're allowed to take off their masks, staying at least one full day in a room with low light so their eyes can get used to the sunlight again. When resting from their duty, it's normal for them to think about their sins, or the deeds they indulged in while... helping others.
