Once your payment has been processed, you're free to do whatever you want with the character. You can even make some adjustments to the design. I can communicate either through CRM or on Discord. Payment must be made within 24 hours. If the second and third bidding bonuses have been met, then the payment must still be made after the artwork has been completed to the bid winner's liking.
