She was but a lowly angel, lacking great powers. And so, she chose another path: she began to weave stories. In each tale, the children who had perished in suffering became the heroes. She told of their courage, their strength, and their journeys to wondrous lands filled with joy. Through her stories, their spirits found solace, happiness, and sometimes even ascended to peace eternal. The children’s souls, grateful for her kindness, folded delicate papers into charming shapes and adorned her head with them. As time passed, her brow was crowned with a magnificent paper diadem. Thus, she came to be known as the Paper-Crowned Angel. She tore apart her own sacred garments, using them as parchment to craft countless tales that soothed the hearts of children still living in the mortal world. Yet such devotion drained her angelic essence swiftly. It is said that when her body finally shattered into nothingness, her lifespan had been shorter than that of ordinary mortals.
