As a mega Absol, she is often misunderstood as a bearer of catastrophe, a reputation she neither denies nor corrects. She works on the edges of the agency’s operations, crisis detection, disaster prediction and high risk interception. When an assignment is too volatile or too doomed for standard agents, she is the one they call. She appears calm, perfectly composed and almost ethereal… until the moment she moves. Then she is a flash of inevitability. Personality Crimson Omen carries a cool, quiet intensity. She does not speak often but when she does, her words cut with precision. Sometimes harsh, sometimes unexpectedly gentle. She constantly walks the line between solemn and intimidating and many mistake her for cynical or uncaring. In truth, she simply sees danger, destruction and outcomes long before anyone else does. She dislikes being praised and gets uncomfortable with emotional closeness, though she will never abandon someone who needs her. The agency uses her for threat modelling in the field. Habits and quirks >Rarely sleeps, instead she takes brief “meditative rests” that last minutes. >Keeps her living space clean to the point of austerity, one bed, one chair, one blade stand. >Once in a while, she will perch on high places (rooftops, beams, railings) just to “feel the wind.” >Talks to stray Pokémon or children much more gently than to adults… though she pretends otherwise. Background Crimson Omen was once part of a disaster response division on a frontier world known for frequent Abyss incursions. Her acute sense for danger saved thousands, but the populace grew superstitious and they blamed her for the disasters she predicted. After a particularly severe incident where her warning was ignored resulting in mass casualties, she was labeled a harbinger rather than a savior. Haunted by the failure and disillusioned by the distrust, she left her homeworld and traveled alone, intervening quietly in crises wherever she found them. Her actions caught the attention of the agency, who saw her misunderstood abilities as an invaluable asset rather than a curse. She joined on the condition that she would always be free to act on her instincts, even against orders if necessary. To this day, she remains the agency’s most reliable alarm bell and one of its most formidable operatives carrying her edge like a blade and her guilt like a shadow. Hi there!
