It takes away a part of your body, making it rot, gives you an insatiable hunger for human flesh and blood, but in return grants you inhuman physical upgrades and regeneration (except for the cursed, decaying part). This cursed boy gained incredible speed in exchange for the right side of his face. He wears a heavy chain to slow himself down, so he doesn’t hurt anyone when the hunger gets too strong. The first time he ate a human, he ripped out his own teeth, hoping that would stop him from biting anyone ever again. But they quickly grew back. In a fit of despair, he kept tearing them out over and over until he realized it was pointless.
