GENERAL | I have the right to refuse an assignment for any reason that makes me feel uncomfortable. PAYMENTS You can pay up to 48 hours after bidding, after it will be canceled. Payments via Paypal or Ko-fi You can pay the full amount, or half upfront and the other half upon i handed the sketch. REVISIONS Please inform me of noticeable details immediately or around the sketch/rendering stage, any changes after the final rendering will have an additional fee, you have the right to ask for progress at any time. DEADLINES AND DELIVERY Commissions may take some time depending on the request details and the ongoing queue (From a week to 6 months max. ). If your commission requires a certain deadline, please let me know. USE All finished artwork is for personal use only. Do not sell, distribute or reproduce for commercial purposes. Unless commissioned for commercial use. Commercial use rights will cost 40% of the final work. Use of finished or unfinished artwork by NFT and in association with AI art generators, or the like is not permitted. If you are found to be in breach of any of these sections, you will be placed on my blacklist. I have the right to use the illustration as an example of commissions, but never for resell or another uses. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS My art and services cannot be copyrighted by anyone but me, reproduction, redistribution and derivatives of my work are strictly prohibited unless my explicit consent, or payment for commercial use. REFUNDS No refunds once the sketch is approved, or the deadline has passed. COMMUNICATION All communication will be here and Discord in case of emergency.
