If payment fails, the auction will be rerunned ( or adoptable will be put on set price instead ) ღ I do NOT do holds for auctions. Please, have the money ready before you bid. ღ If you win and won't reply to me/ghost me, I'll blacklist you and your every other bid on my future auctions will be removed. ღ I will NOT send the files of the adoptable until the money hits my balance. Ie. if the transaction is "pending" for whatever reason. Even if the "pending" stage will last for more than a week, I'll NOT send the files and you do not own the character until I receive the payment on my PayPal account, even if PayPal already charged you. If a client cancels the transaction because of it, they will be blacklisted. ღ I accept 50%/50% payments plans for transactions over 300USD ( 50% right away, 50% after one month ) Design T.o.S ღ You can do whatever you like with them after you buy them. ღ You can trade, offer this character to another user. ღ You can resell this character only if the price you stated is not higher than the price you bought them with, unless art was added. ღ You can change their design as much as you want. ღ Credit bambiicate for character design. ღ For personal use only, commercial usage prohibited without informing the artist first (commercial fee of 200% of the original price will be added.)
