I live in Venezuela and there's lots of things happens. One day i can be without electric energy for 2 days and the other week my house may be flooded because of the heavy rain (this isn't an hipotetic example, this actually happened to me lol) so it's probably i'll have delays, but i'll keep my comunications opens much as i can.I can draw based on any videogame screenshot, picrew, dress-up game...etc as a reference. Just make sure it's a clear visual reference. If it's not the case, it will be considered as you wanting a custom (character made from 0) with has an extras cost depending on how difficult the design is.
