On the rare occasions when a member of the Minerva family makes a public appearance, it is never someone from their direct lineage. In fact, the one who appears most often, though still very infrequently, is Eva Macaria, the wife of Mr. Minerva, whose face has never been revealed. The Macaria family has an uncertain origin, with no records in other regions, making it a surname used solely by Eva. Her face is always covered, with only a few stitches visible on her skin.
