It allowed early humans to shape a small portion of its rocky head, but over time, as humans began attacking the rest of the magical species, it distanced itself from them. The stone golems of plants created the Flowers: extremely aggressive and bloodthirsty plant elementals. These Flowers actively hunt fongus, and while they are smaller, when they hunt in groups, they pose a serious threat. The Flowers typically hunt fongus because they have explosive hearts, which the Flowers rip out to use as weapons (these are the purple grenades it carries in the image).
