GENERAL • Commissions are Non-refundable. • I’ll not work on political or offensive topics in general. • Any of the characters in the commission must be owned by you, or you must have permission to use them. • You have to ask me to make the piece private if you want so, it will by default be public. PAYMENT • I work with 100% pre payment • Payment must be EURO currency. REVISIONS • Please specify upfront all the changes you would want to be made to the initial sketch. • You can request simple changes like color changes in specific parts. • If it exceeds 5 changes will be charged extra (in the sketch phase) REFERENCES / Details • Provide clear references of the character (palette color, desing), if you want any outfit, expression, pose can you tell me. • Unclear references will increase the price • The price will raise if the character has difficult details (such as jewelry, clothes, etc) DEADLINES AND DELIVERY • My work time can range between 3 days - 1 week - 2 month, depending on the complexity of the commission or queue list • Strict deadlines should be stablished beforehand so I can let you know if I am able to make it. USE • All prices stated are the base price for Personal use. • I don't accept NFT use • You cannot use it to feed AI/IA INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS • I have the right to use the commissioned artworks for promotion purposes. If you do not want me to post it, pleaseu let me know immediately. • Clients are not allowed to trace the final product. • Minimum charge for commercial use / merchandise fee will be x2 of the original price. • Private commissions always come with a 30% fee COMMUNICATION Please let's have a respectful conversation I will ensure communication through your process.
