Refund Policy: - No refunds will be issued under normal circumstances. - However, refunds will be available in the following cases: 1. Failure to Deliver: If the artist does not deliver the final result within 10 days (240 hours) after the payment is made, the client is entitled to a full refund. 2. Client Non-Response (During Progress): If the work is still in progress (meaning it does not yet meet all the initial specifications) and the client fails to respond to messages for more than 48 hours, the commission will be considered canceled. In such a case, a 50% refund will be issued, with the other 50% retained by the artist as compensation for time spent. Artist Rights: - The artist retains the right to showcase the image on their social media platforms and portfolio with a watermark. - Crediting the artist is not mandatory when using the image. Watermark and Delivery: - All work-in-progress (WIP) images sent to the client will include a watermark. - The client is responsible for confirming receipt of the final image via email and ensuring that they can download it. Client Responsibility: - Once the final version of the commission (defined as meeting all the client’s initial specifications) has been sent, the client must confirm receipt and satisfaction within 48 hours. - If no response is received from the client within 48 hours of final delivery, the commission will be considered complete and closed. No requests for refunds or further modifications will be accepted. *Note: To speed up the process, if you win the auction, send me references and details of your character, as well as your PayPal email so I can send you an invoice with the TOS.
