His laughter is creaky and bouncing like a broken record, his movements are crooked and clumsy, and his view of the world is still childish and naive. He is curious, knows about people only from his own observations, but is eager to get to know them better! β Sometimes people are frightened by his smile - a gaping hole sewn together with weak threads, sometimes by his bony left hand, blackened, with outstretched clawed fingers, just like that branch knocking on the window in the middle of the night, and sometimes by his empty, unshining gaze, but he's not as bad as he looks! Rest assured, the scarecrow has the best intentions, he just doesn't always realize what actions are unacceptable to people. β You can always find peppermint candy in his pockets, though hardly anyone will eat them. The scarecrow doesn't understand the principle of germs, so he keeps them without wrappers. Nevertheless, he generously treats everyone he meets on his way and is extremely surprised when people refuse to eat them. β He stopped doing his main job a long time ago β the crows are not afraid of his company, on the contrary, most of the time they brighten his solitude and follow him as if guarding him. The scarecrow is happy to have such company, he is happy to welcome any rare guest he meets in the field. β In general, he smells almost nothing.
