Co-Ownership for my Main OC! CHARACTER CO-OWNERSHIP
Rubberneck REALLY needs more love than I have been able to give him, so I'm hoping to get him that additional love by offering a Co-ownership with him. - First thing's first, this will be a 51/49 split. I will always retain final say on anything critical occuring to my character, and major alterations may never be made without discussion and approval. - You don't just get rights to Rubberneck, but to use his family as well if you choose to use them. That's 5 additional characters! - You will gain access to all of his current art, and information. - If you wish, you are welcome to help work on his daily blog featuring Journal Entries of his day. - You may also be permitted to help run his Facebook page if you choose to do so. - I do plan on suiting him, and in light of that I will be granting suiting rights to you. - Suiting rights will be revoked if you are found to be behaving innapropriately in-suit, thus ruining the Characters image. - Suit must be purchased by yourself. - Roleplay and writing rights are also provided, as well as the right to create AU's of Rubberneck to do anything you like with. There is currently 1 AU featuring Rubberneck that has been approved of. - Anything occuring in Rubbernecks "canon" world must go through me. AU's give you a much more free reign, and you may edit whatever you please however all AU content must be marked as such to avoid fan confusion. - You may purchase any form of artwork of the character, including NSFW. - You may sell YCH's including this character! - If you wish to make products featuring this character, please discuss the details with me beforehand. I may ask a very small royalty in these cases for my half of character rights. - In the event you choose to discontinue the co-ownership we will discuss an amount that seems most fitting for your half of the ownership. Either I will make you a offer, or you will be given the go-ahead to sell your rights. Exemptions to whom may purchase will be given to you. - Any physical products must be sold with your half. The only exception is the suit. If you discontinue your co-ownership but own a suit, you have a choice; keep the suit and retain suiting rights, include the suit to whoever you sell the co-ownership to, or have the suit edited to no longer represent Rubberneck and sell the suit. - You will receive a document before final purchase with this information and finer details such as what qualifies as innapropriate behavior when suiting to sign and agree to in case of any legal discource.
