Bonus art can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks, up to a max of 6 months depending on mental health, finances and unexpected events. You can comm other people art of the character to use as merch, but not use THIS art on merch. 4) You may not sell for more than you purchased for unless you bought additional art, in which case it'd be equal to the amount you spent on the adopt.
