This means that the adopt itself is completely finished upon buying, and is not a WIP/Preclaim. Bonus Art is a bonus, an added extra, and does not qualify the ADOPT itself for refund. Once files are sent, there are no refunds. 2) You own commercial rights to the character. But NOT the art itself.
