If we are unable to come to an agreement about an artistic aspect of the piece, I will issue a full refund. However, if you say nothing about the progress updates yet refuse to accept the finished product, I will only be offering a half refund. If you are unhappy with the length of time the commission is taking, please contact me and let me know. I can't rush myself, but I will give you a full refund if the artwork is yet unfinished.
