Red Death Vampire Elf OC (World of Warcraft, D&D, Fantasy)

Due to unexpected vet bills I'm letting go of some OCs I've gathered over the years. This one was a vampire elf from World of Warcraft, but will also work in any fantasy setting. Is she a dark figure out to further her own ends? Or perhaps a righteous vigilante keeping the world safe from the supernatural? Her fate is now yours to decide. The auctions is for the unwatermarked version of the character.
