By commissioning me, you agree to all terms listed below. Please read! Right to refuse service I reserves the right to refuse service for any reason, such as rudeness, price bargaining, threats, any bad attitude. Any negative or hostile attitudes will lead to permanent blacklisting. Privacy Policy I guarantee any customers’ personal information such as payment details, names and addresses will remain strictly secret. Payment & Shipping Payment will be done exclusively via PayPal, unless I personally agree to use an alternative. Payments are upfront, and I will send an invoice to be paid before any work has started or any materials purchased. Shipping is available worldwide; I ship from France. Refunds & Cancellations Full refunds are only available if no work has been started, and materials haven’t been ordered. Lastly, a refund request after the product has been 100% complete, but not shipped, will result in a 15% refund. Deadlines I don't work with deadlines. For the manufacture of paws, the deadline is 1 month maximum. WIPS I can guarantee almost daily work in progress pictures through private messages, as well as constant checking to ensure the product is as accurate to the design as possible. Materials & Available Colors Unfortunately, not every color is available for purchase to fursuit makers, especially regarding faux fur. If a color in the client’s design isn’t available, I will try my best to match it, or suggest a slight change on the design so all the colors can be purchased. I will highly appreciate lists of materials provided by the customers, when it comes to matching fursuit parts to an already existing fursuit.
